企業成長之道 作者簡介
王勇,博士,畢業于清華經管學院。主要研究領域:企業成長管理、企業并購重組。 曾任中國水利水電科學院水電模型廠廠長、國研網絡數據科技有限公司副總經理。后加入清華經管學院,歷任中國金融研究中心執行總監、EMBA教育中心主任、高管教育中心主任。現任院長助理,兼企業家學者項目辦公室主任、合作發展辦公室主任。曾任科陸電子科技、海洋王照明、瑞慈醫療、光大證券股份有限公司獨立董事。
