《基于弛豫鐵電單晶PMN-PT的新型器件(英文版)》一書介紹了基于鈮鎂酸鉛-鈦酸鉛晶體(PMN-PT)設計開發的原型器件,初步探索了鐵電材料在信息技術領域的新應用。首先,利用PMN-26PT單晶作為介電層,單層二硫化鉬作為溝道半導體構筑了一種光熱調控型場效應晶體管,為FET器件提供了一種新的策略。其次,采用銀納米線作為透明頂電極,在PMN-28PT晶體上單片集成了能夠覆蓋紫外至太赫茲范圍的超寬光譜探測器。*后,通過集成摩擦電納米發電機和鐵電FET設計了一種自驅動模塊。

方華靖,博士,畢業于清華大學化學系,攻讀博士期間以第一作者身份發表SCI論文十余篇。現就職于西安交通大學材料科學與工程學院,主要從事鐵電、光電材料的應用研究。
