柴美群,管理學博士,研究方向創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)管理、人力資源管理。現(xiàn)任教于河北經(jīng)貿(mào)大學工商管理學院近年來主持完成河北省軟科學計劃項目、河北省社會科學發(fā)展研究項目、河北省高等學校人文社科研究優(yōu)秀青年基金項目等數(shù)項課題,參與完成國家、省部級課題6項。發(fā)表學術論文15篇
