“信息技術生產率悖論”提出后，信息技術投資與企業生產率之間的關系備受關注。諸多學者從企業、產業等多個層面開展過研究，本書則另辟蹊徑，從企業員工的角度，對影響其深層次使用信息系統的因素進行研究，即圍繞企業信息系統實施的特點，構建了員工創新性使用信息系統的影響因素模型，并進行了問卷調查，進而通過結構方程模型對數據進行實證分析。研究發現：員工對系統的感知效用、滿意度、員工信息技術的創新能力對其創新性使用有直接影響，管理層透過員工對系統的感知效用間接影響員工的創新性使用。
本書是作者在其博士論文及相關研究成果的基礎上完成的，是基于影響員工創新性使用企業信息系統的決定因素而展開分析探討的原創性研究。

企業信息系統創新性使用的實證研究 作者簡介
王瑋，山東淄博人，管理學博士，現為汕頭大學商學院教授，研究方向為電子商務、知識管理、信息技術的采納和組織實施。美國管理學會會員，國際信息系統學會會員。先后獲得中山大學信息學專業學士、碩士學位，香港理工大學管理學博士學位。曾在中山大學信息科技學院擔任講師、副教授，在香港理工大學管理及市場學系從事研究工作。1999～2000年，在美國伊利諾伊大學香檳分校做訪問學者。研究論文多次被Academy Of Management Conference、International Conference on Information Systems（ICIS）、Americas Conference onInformation System （AMCfS）、Pacmc AsiaConference on Information System（PACfS）等國際學術會議錄用并作為會議宣讀論文。研究論文獲得2005年亞太信息系統年會（PACIS）最佳論文提名獎以及2006年國際信息系統年會（ICIS）HCI Track最佳論文獎。現在已有近30篇論文在國內外學術刊物發表，多篇論文被SCI、SSCI收錄，出版專業教材兩部。
