Based on the cross-border panel data of China and 149 Belt and Road Countries (BRCs), this book uses the difference-in-differences model, the spatial econometric model and the stochastic frontier model to examine the relationship between economic risk and China's foreign infrastructure investment from the perspective of scale and efficiency. At the same time, we also pay attention to the role of the Belt and Road Initiative in it. 作為一項(xiàng)以基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施為主導(dǎo)的大規(guī)模的經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化倡議，“一帶一路”倡議地實(shí)施極大推動(dòng)了我國在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施領(lǐng)域投資的快速增長，該領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)成為近年來的投資熱點(diǎn)。基于此，本書運(yùn)用中國與共建“一帶一路”國家的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，以及統(tǒng)計(jì)研究和計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究方法，在考察我國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資演變的基礎(chǔ)上，主要從投資規(guī)模和效率兩個(gè)方面來考察經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資的關(guān)系，試圖為我國對(duì)外投資可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供決策參考。作為對(duì)外投資的重要領(lǐng)域，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目具有資本金額大、投資周期長的特點(diǎn)，因此本研究對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資的研究具有一定理論與實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
