王丹,1998年投身于國內條G1 TFT-LCD產線建設和產品開發工作,是國內首批液晶顯示領域的技術專家。于2003年加入方科技集團股份有限公司,2015年被授予國家教授級高工的專業職稱。在國內首次投資建設G5和G8.5時期,她帶領團隊相繼攻克了TFT-LCD技術開發及產品化過程中的一系列難題,多次承擔國家重點項目并獲得北京市科學技術進步一等獎等殊榮。主導的超大尺寸超高分辨率等多項創新應用方面已實現了技術全球領先水平,多款產品實現了全球首發,并在SID、IFA、CEATEC等國際展會上屢獲大獎。
