本書是為初學(xué)漢語的外國人編寫的、教授“漢字鍵學(xué)”與“漢字鍵寫”一體化解決方案的簡明教程。其目的有二：一是方便那些已經(jīng)熟悉漢語拼音和漢字*基本知識的外國漢語初學(xué)者對漢字進行編碼，以便隨時隨地可以在字典APP上查閱、學(xué)習(xí)不知道讀音和意思的漢語生字；二是提高外國人中文無紙化辦公的文字輸人效率和正確率，以便發(fā)揮他們可以盲打的鍵盤寫作技能。在我們看來，本書所述工具屬于對外漢語教學(xué)信息化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的范疇。
