本書在梳理既有研究的基礎上，對于離散和離散身份的定義進行了重新詮釋。關于離散的定義，提出心理位移是離散體驗的決定因素，而不是僅僅取決于傳統上意義上的地理位移。通過小說《典儀》，從正反兩方面印證了話語殖民和身份的演現性是導致離散者悲慘境遇的根本因素，進而通過厘清離散和離散身份問題，為離散群體擺脫重復的身份演現和話語殖民提供了另一種選擇。研究認為，成功的離散體驗是個體對強制話語的解構和自我重建的過程，其他語境而非文化語境才是離散者的出路。

盧靜，女，1988年出生，2020年畢業于韓國新羅大學，獲英語教育專業教育學博士學位，主要研究方向為少數族裔文學、西方文學理論，現任教于棗莊學院外國語學院。
