清華大學中國平衡發展指數報告 作者簡介

許憲春,1956年11月生,遼寧人。畢業于遼寧大學、上海財經大學和北京大學,分別獲地理學學士、經濟學碩士和經濟學博士學位。現為清華大學經濟管理學院教授,清華大學中國經濟社會數據研究中心主任,兼任中國統計學會副會長。長期從事中國政府統計理論研究和實際工作,發表了300多篇論文,出版了多部個人專著。撰寫的論文和著作多次獲獎,其中,“世界銀行關于中國GDP數據的調整及其存在的問題”獲第九屆孫冶方經濟科學論文獎,《中國不變價國內生產總值核算方法研究》獲第十一屆全國統計科研優秀成果專著一等獎,《中國政府統計問題研究》獲北京市第十五屆哲學社會科學優秀成果一等獎。//白重恩,現任清華大學經管學院弗里曼講席教授(Mansfield Freeman Chair Professor)、院長,清華大學中國財政稅收研究所所長。1983年獲中國科技大學數學學士,并獲郭沫若獎學金。分別于1988年獲美國加州大學圣地亞哥分校數學博士,1993年獲美國哈佛大學經濟學博士。先后任教于美國波士頓學院、香港大學經濟金融學院。2006年受聘為教育部長江學者特聘教授,同年獲國家杰出青年基金資助。2007年入選新世紀百千萬人才工程國家j人選。2011年獲國務院政府特殊津貼。2013年獲得第九屆北京市高等學校教學名師獎。2016年獲得國家“萬人計劃”教學名師獎。研究領域為制度經濟學、經濟增長和發展、公共經濟學、金融、公司治理以及中國經濟。//劉濤雄,清華大學社會科學學院經濟學教授、院黨委書記,創新發展研究院執行院長。主要研究興趣為大數據經濟分析、宏觀與產業經濟、經濟增長、新政治經濟學等。在國內外權威刊物發表學術論文多篇。國家社科基金重大項目首席專家,并主持其它國家社科基金一般項目、教育部人文社科規劃項目等多項課題。曾獲中國信息經濟學會理論貢獻獎、北京市哲學社會科學優秀成果獎等獎勵。曾任日本中央大學、東北大學、京都大學客座教授,美國哈佛大學肯尼迪政府管理學院訪問學者。
