楊國梁，博士，中國科學院科技戰略咨詢研究院研究員。長期從事科技規劃與管理、智庫理論與方法和決策理論與方法研究。承擔多項中科院發展規劃局委托的各類與科技規劃、科技管理相關的應用研究任務，主持過30多項來自英國皇家工程院、國務院政策研究室、教育部、科技部、農業農村部、國家自然科學基金委、國家電網等機構的委托任務與競爭性項目課題。
