吳婧,南開大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,教授。現(xiàn)任南開大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境評價(jià)研究中心副主任,從事環(huán)境政策、環(huán)境規(guī)劃與管理、環(huán)境評價(jià)方面的教學(xué)、培訓(xùn)與科研工作。兼任南開大學(xué)聯(lián)合國教科文組織(UNISPAR/UNESCO)環(huán)境管理教席秘書,香港中文大學(xué)中國環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略研究中心,項(xiàng)目主任 。持有中華人民共和國環(huán)境影響評價(jià)工程師職業(yè)資格證書、中華人民共和國法律職業(yè)資格證書、清潔生產(chǎn)審核師證書。全國環(huán)境損害司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)登記評審專家?guī)欤▏規(guī)欤⿲<摇V鞒謬易匀豢茖W(xué)基金、國家社科基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目子課題等省部級科研項(xiàng)目和國際合作項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。 張一心,男,博士,副教授。長期從事環(huán)境保護(hù)相關(guān)的研究與實(shí)踐工作。自2009年起任教于內(nèi)蒙古大學(xué)環(huán)境與資源學(xué)院,主要講授環(huán)境規(guī)劃學(xué)、環(huán)境管理學(xué)和環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)英語等課程。擔(dān)任國際知名期刊的編輯委員(Environmental Impact Assessment Review);擔(dān)任國際知名期刊審稿人(Renewable and Sustainable Energy Review, Journal of Cleaner Production, Environmental Impact Assessment Review, etc.),中國環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會高級會員,內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化專家和內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)氣象學(xué)會理事。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閰^(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展、環(huán)境規(guī)劃與管理和環(huán)境評價(jià),已主持、參與省部級科研項(xiàng)目和國際合作項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng)。
