中國與津巴布韋友好合作 內(nèi)容簡介
津巴布韋是南部非洲具有重要影響力的國家，是中國開展對非合作的重要對象。自1980年建交以來，中國與津巴布韋的友好關(guān)系持續(xù)深化發(fā)展，已經(jīng)成為中非友好合作的典范。近年來，在中非合作論壇和“一帶一路”倡議的推動下，中國與津巴布韋關(guān)系進入新的發(fā)展階段，突出表現(xiàn)為兩國在2018年4月將雙邊關(guān)系升級為全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。2018年9月，中國與津巴布韋簽署共建“一帶一路”合作文件，這不但有利于兩國國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的準確對接和有機融通，而且可使兩國在政策溝通、設(shè)施聯(lián)通、貿(mào)易暢通、資金融通和民心相通等領(lǐng)域合作的基礎(chǔ)上，為兩國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供重大契機。本報告以中國與津巴布韋不斷深化的雙邊關(guān)系為基本立足點，系統(tǒng)梳理兩國在政治、經(jīng)濟、教育和文化等領(lǐng)域取得的合作成就及中津全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系建立的歷程，詳細分析中津共建“一帶一路”所面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)，以及共建“一帶一路”對津巴布韋實現(xiàn)“2030年愿景”所具有的重要意義。本報告認為，在兩國關(guān)系新的發(fā)展階段，應(yīng)提升津巴布韋在共建“一帶一路”中的地位、推進兩國治國理政交流、加強兩國發(fā)展經(jīng)驗共享、深化兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域合作和加強兩國民心相通，從而引領(lǐng)兩國關(guān)系再上新的臺階。

Xiaolei Shen，Assistant research fellow and deputy director of Division of political studies of the China-Africa Institute （Institute of West-Asian and African Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences）.His major research areas include African politics, African ethnic groups, and South Africa and Zimbabwe country studies. He has articles published in core journals such as West Asia and Africa, The Journal of International Studies, Journal of World peoples studies, and Quarterly Journal of International Politics. His translation works include The Dragon's Gift: The Real Story of China in Africa.
