本書主要由每一個(gè)成果匯集而成,作者包括國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司、中國(guó)電力科學(xué)研究院、中國(guó)電力工程顧問集團(tuán)中南電力設(shè)計(jì)院、西安高壓電氣研究院有限責(zé)任公司等單位,分別為劉澤洪、余軍、郭劍、韓輝、曾連生、董曉輝、茍銳峰、程曉絢等,每一個(gè)成果都涉及不同的單位和不同的參與者。
