史天陸，對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)教授。天津人，原籍河北玉田，畢業(yè)于北京對(duì)外貿(mào)易學(xué)院外語系英語翻譯專業(yè)。曾任對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)商務(wù)英語教研室主任、外經(jīng)貿(mào)應(yīng)用英語研究所所長、政協(xié)北京市朝陽區(qū)委員會(huì)委員。1979年在聯(lián)合國第五屆貿(mào)易和發(fā)展大會(huì)任同聲譯員：1981—1982年美國舊金山大學(xué)麥克萊思商學(xué)院訪問學(xué)者；1988年加拿大圣瑪麗大學(xué)講座教授；1996—1997年日本東京經(jīng)濟(jì)大學(xué)客座教授。與本書相關(guān)的著作有：《西方報(bào)刊國際經(jīng)貿(mào)文章選讀》，1989年出版，經(jīng)貿(mào)部教育局組織審定為全國外貿(mào)院校統(tǒng)一使用教材，1992年獲經(jīng)貿(mào)部優(yōu)秀教材獎(jiǎng)，至1999年先后發(fā)行8萬9千冊(cè)；《西方報(bào)刊經(jīng)貿(mào)文章選讀·跨世紀(jì)版》，1999年出版，至2007年發(fā)行9萬7千冊(cè)；《報(bào)刊經(jīng)貿(mào)知識(shí)選讀》，國家自學(xué)高考指定教科書，2000年出版，至2014年發(fā)行12萬5千冊(cè)；論文《西方報(bào)刊經(jīng)貿(mào)文章的內(nèi)容構(gòu)成與語言特點(diǎn)》1997年在日本東京經(jīng)濟(jì)大學(xué)發(fā)表。
