《新編實用英語綜合教程4》是系列教材中的一本,《新編實用英語》系列教材是由教育部高職高專教育英語課程教學指導委員會根據《高職高專教育英語課程教學基本要求》(試行)組織編寫的。《新編實用英語》(第2版)系列教材是在《新編實用英語》**版的基礎上修訂而成的。本套教材認真貫徹了“學一點、會一點、用一點”、“聽、說、讀、寫、譯并重“和”邊學邊用、學用結合”的原則,注重聽說技能訓練,注重對實用文體閱讀能力的培養,將應用語言基本功的能力與實際涉外交際能力相結合。
本套教材還注重“教、學、考”相互照應。學完第二冊可參加“高等學校英語應用能力考試”的B級考試,學完第四冊可參加A級考試。
本書共8個單元,每個單位都由“說”、“聽”、“讀”和“寫”4部分組成,另有一個“趣味閱讀”部分。《新編實用英語綜合教程》為4色印刷,版式精美,并配有錄音帶。
