本書中的文章均由中國一歐盟法律和司法合作項目的參與人員編寫，他們在歐洲幾個國家進行了長達1年的法律課程培訓(xùn)，并親眼目睹了那些實施中的法律，同時他們還對當(dāng)?shù)胤珊头审w系的發(fā)展歷程、法律機構(gòu)的實際運作以及法律與法律機構(gòu)如何為公眾服務(wù)進行了了解。文章中，他們對在歐洲的所見所學(xué)從思想上進行了概括，并將他們的經(jīng)驗應(yīng)用到國內(nèi)的專業(yè)知識領(lǐng)域中。
