漢字與飲食 作者簡介
羅維明，江西吉安人。博士，師從水渭松、蔣禮鴻、黃金貴先生，現為廣州大學人文學院教授，語言學及應用語言學碩士生導師。目前主要從事古漢語詞匯和漢語規范研究。在《學術研究》《語言科學》《古漢語研究》《辭書研究》等刊物上發表學術論文50余篇。著有《中古墓志詞語研究》《大眾傳媒語言規范論稿》《漢字與飲食》等，參編《語言文字應用與教學研究》《二十四史全譯》《中學古漢語常用字典》《古代漢語》等，其中《中古墓志詞語研究》獲廣州市政府2002—2003年度哲學社會科學成果獎三等獎。主持全國高等院校古籍整理委員會項目、廣州市人文歷史基地項目各1項。高黎平，山西人。翻譯家，博士，重慶郵電大學教授，四川外國語大學兼職教授，福州工商學院文法系主任，北京大學訪問學者，曼徹斯特大學研修學者，國家社科基金項目成果通訊鑒定專家，教育部人文社會科學項目評審專家，中國翻譯協會專家會員，重慶市翻譯家協會副會長，重慶翻譯學會常務理事。發表學術論文48篇，出版學術專著2部、文史哲譯著26部，分別主持和主研省部級以上人文社科課題各2項和6項，獲得不同級別的社科類獎10項。高遠，山西人。碩士，福州工商學院文法系講師，研究方向為翻譯理論與實踐及翻譯教學，發表學術論文10篇，參與譯校6部譯著（累計約37萬字），主持福建省中青年教師教育科研項目及福建省本科高校教育教學改革研究項目各1項。
