前言
2019年，全國高等教育藥學類規劃教材《藥物化學實驗雙語教程(Experiments of Medicinal Chemistry)》**版出版。該教材對藥學類專業學生，尤其是對留學生的教學發揮了重要作用。為進一步適應國家和社會對創新型藥學人才培養的需求和本科教學國際化的發展趨勢，我們在**版教材的基礎上進行修訂，編寫了《藥物化學實驗（雙語）(Experiments of Medicinal Chemistry)》第二版。
與**版相比，本教材保留原有的10個實驗，新增有關地平類藥物、肽類藥物、核苷類藥物、替尼類藥物合成的9個實驗，總計為19個實驗。此外，本教材還增加了苯佐卡因合成的虛擬仿真實驗（若需要開展該虛擬仿真實驗，請通過郵件形式聯系編者，liwen@zzu.edu.cn），豐富了藥物的結構類別、合成方法和學習方式。本教材中實驗三至實驗八、實驗十二，均以二維碼形式提供了數字化內容，主要為實驗操作演示視頻資料。更為重要的是，新增的實驗除了包含近年來新上市的藥物，也涉及具有我國自主知識產權的創新藥物和編者的科研成果。
