當前,國家、區域、產業等尺度內部及尺度之間的經濟關聯日趨復雜,引發越來越多“看不見”的水資源流轉其中。本書提出了一整套水資源多尺度核算分析理論框架,對不同尺度經濟和工程中“看得見”和“看不見”的水資源使用進行了深入分析。本書提出了體現水投入產出模擬方法,以世界經濟、中國經濟和北京經濟為例探討了如何辨析國際貿易、國內貿易中隱含的水轉移及產業間的水關聯,基于體現水強度數據庫提出了體現水系統核算方法,選取典型的可再生能源工程和污水處理工程開展了案例研究,針對不同尺度的研究對象提出了水資源管理建議,包括如何運用科學數據應對國際輿論等。

邵玲,北京大學理學博士,中國地質大學(北京)經濟管理學院副教授、博士生導師。主要從事生態經濟學研究,發表論文40余篇。主持完成國家自然科學基金青年項目和北京市社科基金青年項目等。任中國地質大學(北京)自然資源戰略發展研究院碳中和研究中心副主任、中國系統工程學會生態環境系統工程專委會委員、中國自然資源學會資源經濟研究專委會委員。伍梓,北京大學理學博士,清華大學水利系副教授、博士生導師。主要從事水沙、水環境、水生態領域研究,發表論文60余篇。任Water Resources Research等3個國際學術期刊副主編、中國系統工程學會生態環境系統工程專委會副秘書長、中國水利學會青年科技工作委員會委員。主持國家重點研發計劃項目課題、子課題及國家自然科學基金面上項目等。
