《西部考古》（第26輯）是在西北大學(xué)“211工程”經(jīng)費資助下，西北大學(xué)文化遺產(chǎn)研究與保護技術(shù)教育部重點實驗室、西北大學(xué)絲綢之路文化遺產(chǎn)保護與考古學(xué)研究中心、邊疆考古與中國文化認同協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心和西北大學(xué)唐仲英文化遺產(chǎn)研究與保護技術(shù)實驗室聯(lián)合編著的學(xué)術(shù)半年刊，收錄考古調(diào)查、發(fā)掘報告及研究論文等共計24篇，以中國西部地區(qū)為立足點，面向全國，內(nèi)容涉及考古學(xué)、文物學(xué)、絲綢之路與中外文化交流、科技考古與文物保護等多個方面。
