晏英,山西大學政治與公共管理學院副教授,碩士生導師。兼任中華預防醫(yī)學會公共衛(wèi)生管理與法治分會委員,中國醫(yī)院協(xié)會醫(yī)療法制專業(yè)委員會委員,山西省社會法學會副會長,山西省衛(wèi)生法學會常務理事,陜西省法學會醫(yī)事法學理論與實踐研究會理事,《醫(yī)師在線》專家委員會委員,廣東省第二人民醫(yī)院醫(yī)療糾紛調(diào)解顧問。主持2018年度國家社科基金項目《醫(yī)院內(nèi)醫(yī)療糾紛促進式調(diào)解程序構(gòu)建研究》。主持2022年度四川省教育廳四川醫(yī)事衛(wèi)生法治研究中心與中國衛(wèi)生法學會聯(lián)合項目《敘事調(diào)解在醫(yī)療糾紛解決中的運用研究》。
