1990年畢業于北京大學,2003年于香港獲得博士學位。2006年10月加盟南京郵電大學信息材料與納米技術研究院,從事有機光電材料與器件方面的研究,在Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., 等期刊上發表多篇文章。2008年獲得 “新世紀優秀人才”支持計劃。2011年學校公派赴美參加雙語教學短期培訓。撰寫專著《有機電子學》(黃維,密保秀,高志強),于2011科學出版社出版,并于2012年獲得“中華優秀出版物獎圖書提名獎”。2018年出版雙語教材《材料物理雙語
