張寒旭,女,廣東省生產力促進中心產業研究室副主任、副研究員。長期從事區域創新規劃、科技服務業、科技創新政策和企業轉型升級研究工作。主持參與國家、省級以上科研項目20余項,為各地市、高新區、創新型園區開展研究規劃和咨詢項目20余項,在省級以上期刊發表論文10余篇,參與撰寫和出版專著4部。
