專利審查實踐與專利權獲取 作者簡介
劉紅春，公共政策碩士，自2001年起，先后在原國家出入境檢驗檢疫局通關業務司、原國家質檢總局科技司從事原產地和地理標志管理工作。參與《原產地標記管理規定》的實施管理和《地理標志產品保護規定》起草發布和實施管理工作。參與中歐地理標志協定談判和中歐10+10地理標志試點項目磋商交流，以及原國家質檢總局與歐盟貿易總司地理標志合作備忘錄起草和磋商工作。作為中國代表團成員，多次參加世界貿易組織知識產權理事會(WTO/TRIPs Council)例會和地理標志特會，以及中國-東盟、中國-智利、中國秘魯自由貿易區原產地規則和地理標志談判。此外，還曾深度參與金伯利進程國際證書制度(KPCS)技術磋商及其在中國的實施工作。2013年至2020年參加援藏工作，先后在西藏自治區質監局和西藏自治區市場監管局分管標準化（含地理標志）和計量工作，F任職于國家市場監督管理總局科技和財務司。
