葉綠醇是葉綠素分子支鏈,在反芻動(dòng)物瘤胃內(nèi)通過生物氫化作用后以游離態(tài)的存在,其再經(jīng)過瘤胃微生物作用會(huì)生成植烷酸。這些植烷酸會(huì)隨著代謝分布在瘤胃、血液中,參與代謝沉積到奶和肉中。植烷酸具有調(diào)節(jié)胰島素,促進(jìn)脂肪酸氧化的作用,對(duì)動(dòng)物機(jī)體及畜產(chǎn)品對(duì)人體健康都具有積極影響。青綠飼料是反芻動(dòng)物重要飼料來源,優(yōu)質(zhì)的青綠飼料不僅蛋白質(zhì),纖維等營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分豐富且功能性物質(zhì),如植物光合色素含量也較為豐富。本專著特別著眼于植物光合色素中色素中的葉綠素,闡述了葉綠素含量在青綠飼料中的變化,分解及其對(duì)反芻動(dòng)物的影響。
