《中國旅游住宿業發展報告2020》指出,旅游住宿業今年遭遇到有史以來*嚴峻的考驗,新冠疫情引致住宿業發生一系列變化:一是住宿業市場結構劇變;二是導致旅行方式重構;三是需求變化倒逼住宿業供給側變革;四是產業格局重塑,產業集中度上升;五是住宿行業業績短期承壓;六是住宿業投資受到抑制,呈現負增長。 在“雙循環”經濟格局下,住宿業未來幾年將呈現以下趨勢:一是本土品牌崛起,國際品牌本土化加速;二是各類新技術在住宿業的應用將會更為廣泛,特別是數字技術應用將會加速;三是酒店向生活性服務業領域延伸,實施跨界融合發展;四是酒店集團將注重住宿創新實驗室發展,使得決策更高科學更理性;五是住宿業頭部效應將會進一步凸顯,產業集中度進一步提升。六是酒店集團在規模擴張的同時更加注重高質量發展,塑造具有國際競爭力的品牌。 當前我國仍處于重要戰略機遇期,住宿業將面臨中美“脫鉤”和新冠疫情的雙重風險疊加影響,在即將開啟的“十四五”經濟時期,旅游住宿業發展要做好以下幾個方面:一是聚力國內消費主戰場,戰略布局國際住宿市場。二是講好中國故事,塑造世界一流品牌。三是繼續推進住宿業數字化轉型,同時推動數字產業化。四是發揮好資本市場價值,助力住宿業高質量發展。五是要重視企業家的價值,弘揚企業家精神,培育大型旅游住宿企業集團。六是修訂規則和標準,推進住宿業的標準化、品牌化建設。

中國旅游研究院(文化和旅游部數據中心)成立于2008年,由中華人民共和國國家旅游局黨組研究決定成立,為中華人民共和國文化和旅游部直屬的專業研究機構。 中國旅游研究院重點開展旅游業發展基礎理論、政策和重點、熱點問題的研究,參與旅游業發展規劃的研究、編制和論證,為地方報審的旅游業發展規劃審查提供相關技術支持,承擔旅游統計數據的收集整理與分析預測,旅游統計科學的研究及國際旅游統計的交流與合作,開展旅游領域高層次人才培養和國際國內學術交流工作。
