《電壓閃變及其測量(英文版)》針對電壓波動/閃變的測量問題展開了系統研究,首先介紹了電壓波動/閃變的相關概念及國際電工委員會(IEC)推薦的閃變測量方法,并對其和當前小波變換、神經網絡等新興檢波方法的優點和缺陷進行了分析,提出了二次采樣的數據壓縮理論,結合IEC閃變檢測方法,將閃變測量方法進行數字化,并證明了該方法的正確性和有效性。同時,將該測量方法應用到一種ARM+DSP雙核結構的全數字化便攜式閃變檢測儀的研制上,并詳細介紹了該閃變檢測儀的軟硬件系統設計。

電壓閃變及其測量 作者簡介
高海濤,男,安徽科技學院副教授,畢業于南開大學控制理論與控制工程專業,獲工學博士學位;中國系統仿真學會、智能空天系統專業委員會會員;從事信號檢測與處理、柔翼飛行器建模與控制,嵌入式系統應用方向的研究。先后承擔國家自然科學基金、安徽省自然科學基金等省級及以上縱向科研課題研究6項,橫向課題研究2項,在SCI、EI、中文核心期刊上共發表學術論文30余篇。
