興化訪垛(英文) 內(nèi)容簡介
興化是江蘇省歷史文化名城，古稱昭陽、楚水，歷史文化底蘊豐厚。興化所處的地理位置，是被稱為“鍋底洼”的里下河地區(qū)中央**洼的地方，平均高程僅1.8米，是名副其實的“洼中之洼”。由于興化所處的里下河平原地勢低洼，歷史上多有遇水先淹、無水先旱的記載。面對這樣的生存困境，勤勞勇敢的興化先民在對抗洪水的過程中，不斷探索、總結(jié)，在沼澤高地之處壘土成垛，并在實踐中積累了豐富的垛田生產(chǎn)知識和經(jīng)驗，逐漸形成了天人合一，與環(huán)境高度協(xié)調(diào)的垛田生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)和生活系統(tǒng)。2013年5月，“江蘇興化垛田傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)系統(tǒng)”作為沼澤洼地土地利用模式的典范入選農(nóng)業(yè)部**批中國重要農(nóng)業(yè)文化遺產(chǎn)，成為當(dāng)時江蘇唯一入選的項目。2014年4月，“江蘇興化垛田傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)系統(tǒng)”又順利入選聯(lián)合國糧農(nóng)組織全球重要農(nóng)業(yè)文化遺產(chǎn)保護試點。作者李明教授曾經(jīng)多次帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生前往興化調(diào)研，對興化垛田形成的自然、歷史原因進行考證，對垛田農(nóng)耕技術(shù)進行挖掘，對興化獨特的水鄉(xiāng)文化、飲食文化進行探討，并將調(diào)研經(jīng)過和結(jié)果著成本書。
