現代生物技術發展及研究進展 作者簡介
郝魯江,生于1972年,副教授,碩士生導師,山東大學微生物學碩士,中國海洋大學海洋生物學博士,目前任生物工程學院生物技術系主任。“發酵工程”及“食品科學”雙方向碩士研究生導師。山東省發酵工程重點學科酶工程方向學術骨干,山東省食品科學重點學科學術帶頭人。
