張濤，1977年生，寧夏大學(xué)講師，博士學(xué)歷。主要從事法學(xué)教學(xué)研究工作。主持完成國家社科基金1項，出版《住房分配保障制度研究》。出版專著《中國銀川保障性住房分配(英文版)》。國內(nèi)外發(fā)表掌術(shù)論文10篇。
