梁福軍,工學博士,編審,《機械工程學報》編輯部副主任,《中國機械工程學報》(英文版)副主編。國家科技圖書文獻中心(NSTL)網絡服務系統專家咨詢服務欄目專家,北京郵電大學兼職教授、碩士企業導師,中國科協科技期刊主編培訓班授課老師,中國科技期刊編輯學會英文編輯培訓班授課老師、基金項目評審專家。
長期從事科技期刊編輯出版工作,對論文的標準化、規范化進行了深入研究和系統總結,對期刊的數字化、標準化、國際化及流程再造進行了創新探索和開發實踐。主持或參加中國科協精品科技期刊工程英文版期刊國際推廣項目、中國科技期刊國際影響力提升計劃、中國科技期刊登峰行動計劃(《中國機械工程學報》英文版)。研發出媒體融合型、集成式科技期刊在線協同工作與多產品資源平臺。發表論文20余篇,出版《科技論文規范寫作與編輯》《英文科技論文規范寫作與編輯》《科技語體語法、規范與修辭》系列專著,建立了嚴密的寫作規范體系,使讀者在對科技寫作有系統性的理論認識上有規可循、有法可依,寫作實踐上有標準可執行、有規范可參考,填補了我國同類文獻科技要素融人不夠以及內容零散、不統一的不足或空白。
