中國法治十年-05-英文 作者簡介
云昌智，法學博士。1992年至2004年就讀北京大學法學院，獲法學學士，法學碩士和法學博士學位。2001年至2003年就讀美國賓夕法尼亞大學法學院，獲賓大法學碩士學位。2005年至2009年間在對外經濟貿易大學進行博士后研究，曾任《北京大學研究生學刊》主編，在《中外法學》《北大法律評論》《北大法學評論》《經濟法研究》《經濟法論叢》《電子知識產權》等國內外重要法學刊物發表出版數十篇中英文學術論文及專著。研究專長為公司法，涉外經濟法，反壟斷法及證券法等重要法學領域。
