大數(shù)據(jù)與國家治理 作者簡介

呂欣,博士,國家信息中心處長、副研究員,主要從事信息政策、網絡空間戰(zhàn)略、網絡安全評價等領域問題研究。2005年于中國科學院大學(原中國科學院研究生院)獲得工學博士學位,2006-2008年在國家信息中心從事管理學博士后研究。目前為促進大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展部際聯(lián)席會議辦公室秘書處推進組組長、國家信息中心安全大數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)與治理中心秘書長、國家信息中心時空大數(shù)據(jù)研究中心秘書長、《信息安全研究》副主編。曾主持承擔國家社科基金青年項目,國家社科基金重大項目,中國博士后科學基金面向項目、特別資助項目等多項*課題,完成省部級委托研究及咨詢項目二十多項。
