泰德·普林斯博士是佩斯領導力研究院(Perth Leadership Institute)的CEO和創始人,是全球公認的領導力和財務績效方面的專家,在學術和專業刊物上發表了大量關于領導力、管理學、人力資源、企業戰略和技術方面的文章。普林斯博士經常被邀請在企業高級主管專業會議上講演。在建立佩斯領導力研究院之前,普林斯博士在軟件和技術行業有著20多年上市公司和私人公司CEO的豐富從業經驗,并具有豐富的企業并購經驗。 當前,普林斯博士的主要工作是開展領導力方面的培訓項目,內容主要集中在領導人的財務能力、行為金融學和高級主管的商業智慧方面。他還為世界上一些最大公司的高管和CEO提供領導力和商業智慧訓練,并擔任佛羅里達大學沃靈頓商學院(Warrington Graduate School of Business)的客座講師,講授創業學課程,并作為上海財經大學的客座教授講授財務領導學。 普林斯博士擁有新南威爾士大學語言和政治學的一等榮譽學士學位,以及莫納什大學政治學博士學位。
