裝備學院航天裝備系主任、教授、博士、博士生導師。1967年9月出生,四川彭州人,中共黨員,畢業于國防科技大學、北京航空航天大學。軍隊高層次科技創新人才工程拔尖人才,(原)總裝備部科技領軍人才培養對象。獲國務院政府特殊津貼、中國航天基金獎、軍隊院校育才金獎。
