人類藝術-全兩冊-(英文版) 作者簡介
亨德里克·威廉·房龍(1882～1944)：荷裔美國人，著名學者。他是出色的通俗作家，在歷史、文化、文明、科學等方面都有著作，而且讀者眾多。他是偉大的知識普及者，大師級人物。從1913年起，他開始寫書，直到1921年寫出《人類的故事》，一舉成名，從此飲譽世界。代表作包括《寬容》、《圣經的故事》、《發明的故事》、《房龍地理》等。郁達夫曾說。房龍的筆有一種魔力。干燥無味的科學常識經他那么一寫。變得娓娓動人。
