國際勝任力英語教程:國際傳播 內容簡介
本系列課程共有三門,按照整體難度從低到高排列分別為:全球治理英語(一),全球治理英語(二)和全球治理英語(三)。課程教學目標一方面不斷提升學生對人類命運共同體的認同感,另一方面通過有機融合多類型模擬英語交際,如英語辯論,英語演講,模擬聯合國,模擬談判和模擬新聞發布會等,強化學生的英語綜合應用能力,尤其是口語輸出水平。本課程是針對非英語專業大二學生的大學英語選修課程。課程旨在培養學生具有良好的家國情懷國際視野、口頭表達能力和跨文化溝通能力的應用型國際化人才,積極服務學校“努力成為浙江省國際化人才培養的重點基地”的戰略發展和地方經濟發展的需求。

“國際勝任力英語系列”以《大學英語教學指南(2020 版)》為指導,對接《中國英
語能力等級量表》,落實立德樹人根本任務,以中國特色的全球治理理念和實踐為藍本,
探討人類命運共同體等本土理念對全球性問題的貢獻,旨在培養熟悉黨和國家方針政策、
了解我國國情、具有全球視野、熟練運用外語、通曉國際規則、精通國際談判的國際化
應用型人才。本系列教程通過講好中國故事、融合學科交叉和探索實踐新技術三方面,
積極應對黨和國家對新時代、新技術和新發展背景下的人才培養需求,即“為誰培養
人”“培養什么樣的人”和“怎樣培養人”的問題。本系列教程在內容上一方面體現全球
治理的重要議題,幫助學生了解當今國際社會所面臨的共同問題,拓寬學生的全球視野,
培養跨文化交際能力;另一方面,結合學生實際需求,選擇難度適中的語言材料和相關

王昊,博士
浙江外國語學院應用外語學院副教授,副院長(主持工作)。2016年畢業于美國阿拉巴馬大學教育學院,獲教育語言學博士學位。研究方向為外語教育與身份認同,近年來先后發表多篇國際SSCI權威論文,出版學術專著1部,主持浙江省社會科學界聯合會研究課題、浙江省教育科學規劃課題、校級課題等項目,參與國家社科一般項目1項,人文社會科學青年項目1項,獲得浙江省高校領軍人才青年優秀人才(2020),浙江省錢江人才C類(2019),校西溪青年學者B崗(2019),校弘毅英才(2019),獲得校2017-2018年優秀科研成果獎二等獎,擔任TESOL Quarterly,Foreign Language Annals,RELC,Language, Culture and Curriculum等SSCI國際期刊匿名評審, 擔任全國外語院校大學外語教學協作會理事,浙江省外文學會理事,擔任校國際科研合作平臺:中國—哥倫比亞外語教師教育研究所常務副所長。
