黃亮，鄭州大學土木工程學院工學博士，副教授，博士生導師 從事專業：結構抗震與防災 主持及參與國家重點研發計劃課題、國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家重點實驗室開放基金項目、河南省博士后科研資助項目、河南省科技攻關項目等科研項目。在《Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering》等知名期刊發表學術論文50余篇，申請發明專利20余項。 獲河南省科技進步三等獎2項，山西省科學進步三等獎2項，中鐵建科技進步一等獎1項，中國施工企業管理協會科學技術二等獎1項，河南省教育廳科技進步一等獎1項。 先后獲第三屆河南省本科高校教師課堂教學創新大賽一等獎、第八屆全國工科結構力學及彈性力學課程青年教師講課競賽三等獎、鄭州大學課堂教學創新大賽特等獎。
