2017 年以來(lái),中國(guó)工程院?jiǎn)?dòng)“全球工程前沿”研究。研究圍繞中國(guó)工程院9個(gè)學(xué)部,依托“1+9+1”系列院刊,凝煉95個(gè)工程研究前沿和93個(gè)工程開(kāi)發(fā)前沿,并重點(diǎn)解讀其中關(guān)鍵的29個(gè)工程研究前沿和29個(gè)工程開(kāi)發(fā)前沿,以中英文形式向全球發(fā)布年度報(bào)告,旨在研判未來(lái)科技發(fā)展方向,發(fā)揮學(xué)術(shù)引領(lǐng)作用,引導(dǎo)工程科技創(chuàng)新。 全球工程前沿研究以數(shù)據(jù)分析為基礎(chǔ),以專家研判為依據(jù),遵從定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與專家論證相佐證、工程研究前沿與工程開(kāi)發(fā)前沿并重的原則,尤其注重?cái)?shù)據(jù)與專家的多輪深度交互,綜合集成、逐步迭代,凝練出年度全球工程前沿。在數(shù)據(jù)分析方面,綜合利用期刊論文(SCI /EI收錄)、會(huì)議論文和全球?qū)@麛?shù)據(jù),獲得了每個(gè)領(lǐng)域工程前沿遴選的基礎(chǔ)素材,供專家參考。在專家研判方面,文獻(xiàn)情報(bào)專家以及領(lǐng)域?qū)<胰虆⑴c數(shù)據(jù)源的補(bǔ)充、前沿方向的提煉和修訂,以及重點(diǎn)前沿的解讀。 本報(bào)告由兩部分組成,**部分對(duì)研究采用的方法進(jìn)行說(shuō)明;第二部分包括機(jī)械與運(yùn)載工程、信息與電子工程、化工冶金與材料工程、能源與礦業(yè)工程、土木水利與建筑工程、環(huán)境與輕紡工程、農(nóng)業(yè)、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生和工程管理9個(gè)領(lǐng)域報(bào)告,對(duì)每個(gè)領(lǐng)域的工程研究前沿和工程開(kāi)發(fā)前沿進(jìn)行描述和分析,并對(duì)重點(diǎn)前沿進(jìn)行詳細(xì)解讀。
