老年髖部轉子間骨折(第二版) 內容簡介
老年髖部骨折是當今骨科醫生面臨的*嚴重公共衛生問題之一。本書選取了老年髖部骨折中的轉子間骨折這一專題進行編寫。第二版共11章，較**版增加了約三分之一的新內容。書中首先闡述了衰老與老年髖部骨折、老年髖部骨折的術前評估與優化、麻醉選擇與疼痛管理、治療原則等，然后介紹了股骨轉子間骨折手術治療（尤其髓內釘）的基本理論和基本技術、圍手術期康復與效果評估、手術并發癥及預防、特殊類型骨折及內固定術后失敗后翻修等，*后以28個小專題的形式介紹了老年髖部轉子間骨折的**研究進展。

張世民，男，1965年1月生。醫學博士，博士后。主任醫師，教授，博士研究生導師。同濟大學附屬楊浦醫院（楊浦區中心醫院）骨科主任，上海市醫學重點專科（骨科A類）學科帶頭人。任中華醫學會顯微外科學分會常委，中國醫師協會顯微外科醫師分會常委，中國康復醫學會修復重建外科專業委員會副主委、老年髖部骨折學組組長，中國解剖學會臨床解剖學分會副主委。 擅長創傷骨科、顯微外科與修復重建外科，對四肢遠端蒂皮瓣、脛骨平臺骨折、老年髖部骨折等有深入研究和豐富經驗。以第一（通訊）作者發表醫學論文400余篇，SCI收錄40篇。主編學術專著10部。以第一完成人獲省部級科技進步二等獎2項，以項目負責人主持國家自然科學基金5項，獲得國家專利12項、臨床轉化2項。培養博士、碩士研究生和留學生30余人。帶領團隊在老年髖部骨折方面發表學術論文100余篇，在國內首先介紹了尖頂距、外側壁等概念，首先提出了股骨轉子間骨折前內側皮質正性支撐復位的理論，提出了新的骨折復位質量標準和術后穩定性評分，進行器械改進提高了髓內釘與中國人股骨的匹配性，通過增加髓內釘充盈度減少術后擺動而提高穩定性。2006年獲“第九屆中國青年科技獎”，2016年獲“第十一屆中國健康傳播大使”，2021年獲“上海醫務工匠”。
