空間法學研究年刊(2020年) 作者簡介

中國空間法學會成立于1992年12月，是由國家有關部門和空間法學研究機構、空間科學技術研究和應用機構及空間法學領域專家學者組成的全國性學術社團組織。從2000年至今，中國空間法學會共承接了多項重大課題研究，其中，“中華人民共和國航天法立法研究”、“航天活動管理條例立法研究”和“世界主要國家空間法比較研究”等課題的研究報告成為支持我國航天立法前期工作的重要研究成果。
