內(nèi)容提要本書系統(tǒng)講述紡紗加工中的原料準(zhǔn)備和選配、梳理、精梳、并條、粗紗、細(xì)紗、后加工等各道工序,以及各種新型紡紗方法和紡紗技術(shù)的有關(guān)紡紗原理與機(jī)構(gòu),包括典型的花式紗線的相關(guān)紡紗原理。按照紡紗加工流程,在紡紗原理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)各道工序中的設(shè)備、機(jī)構(gòu)和工藝設(shè)置與計(jì)算等進(jìn)行講解,對(duì)比了各種紡紗方法及成紗品質(zhì)的特點(diǎn)。為使讀者更好地掌握紡紗知識(shí)并具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力,本書專門設(shè)置了一章,對(duì)棉紡加工中典型紗線產(chǎn)品的原料選配、工藝流程選擇和工藝參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)做詳細(xì)介紹。本書可以作為高等院校紡織專業(yè)學(xué)生的紡紗課程教材,也可以作為從事紡織專業(yè),尤其是從事紡紗相關(guān)工作人員的參考書籍。AbstractThis book describes the principles of spinning processing, such as preparation and assortment of raw fiber materials, carding, combing, drawing, roving, spinning and post-spinning, etc., in addition, the new development on the spinning technology, the characteristics and production of some typical fancy yarns, are also included. On the base of spinning principle, in the order of yarn forming, the processing technology is further introduced, and the characteristics of different spinning process and the resultant yarn are compared and analyzed. To the purpose of better understand, a chapter is devoted, in which, the raw materials assorting and spinning process design for typical yarns are involved. This book can be used as the textbook for the students majoring in Textiles. It can also be a reference book for the textile engineers and those who are engaging the related works of yarn or textiles.

Spinning Technology 紡紗學(xué) 作者簡(jiǎn)介
郁崇文,博士, 教學(xué)名師,美國North Carolina State University訪問學(xué)者。現(xiàn)任東華大學(xué)紡織學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。擔(dān)任 紡織類專業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)主任、中國紡織工程學(xué)會(huì)麻紡織專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任委員等社會(huì)職務(wù)。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槔w維集合體成型的有關(guān)理論與技術(shù)、新型紡紗技術(shù)及相關(guān)理論的研究、天然纖維資源開發(fā)利用的研究等。主編《紡紗學(xué)》《紡紗工藝學(xué)》《紡紗工藝設(shè)計(jì)與質(zhì)量控制》《紡織試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)及 化》等本科及研究生教材多部,其中 “十一五”普通高等教育本科 規(guī)劃教材《紡紗學(xué)》被評(píng)為2009年全國精品教材和2011年上海市 教材一等獎(jiǎng),2021年被評(píng)為首屆全國教材建設(shè) 個(gè)人。主持 技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目、 自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、 年輕教師項(xiàng)目、上海市“曙光”人才計(jì)劃、上海市領(lǐng)軍人才計(jì)劃、上海市基礎(chǔ)研究重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、 麻類產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系的崗位科學(xué)家等課題。獲得上海市和中國紡織工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng),以及省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)等10余項(xiàng);獲得 教學(xué)改革成果一等獎(jiǎng),以及上海市和中國紡織工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)教學(xué)成果一、二等獎(jiǎng)10余項(xiàng)。領(lǐng)銜 教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì),負(fù)責(zé)的“紡紗學(xué)”是 精品課程和 精品課程資源共享課程,被評(píng)為首批 ( )課程。指導(dǎo)的博士研究生論文獲評(píng)“全國百篇 博士論文”一篇。在 外刊物上發(fā)表論文200余篇,其中SCI收錄論文100余篇。獲得授權(quán)發(fā)明專利60余項(xiàng)。
