查爾斯·K.亞歷山大(Charles K. Alexander),博士,現為美國克利夫蘭州立大學Washkewicz工程學院電子與計算機工程系教授,并擔任電子學與航空航天技術研究中心(CREATE)主任。他是IEEE終身會士,曾任IEEE主席和CEO。他于1984年獲得IEEE百年獎章,還先后榮獲英國工程委員會頒發的杰出教育成就獎和杰出工程教育領導獎。
