民航英語內(nèi)容簡介

本教材用英語傳授民航業(yè)的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識，包括航空公司介紹、地面服務(wù)、客艙服務(wù)等基本內(nèi)容。本教材編寫的原則旨在使學生通過教師講授以及自主練習，能夠理解和準確掌握民航業(yè)中相關(guān)知識的英語表達方式。全書共分15個單元，每個單元由7個部分組成。部分（Warming-upActivities）為課前討論。該部分設(shè)計了與本單元內(nèi)容相關(guān)的1～3個問題，引出本單元的學習內(nèi)容。同時培養(yǎng)學生自主學習能力和口語交際能力。第2部分（BackgroundReading）為背景閱讀。該部分設(shè)計了與本單元內(nèi)容相關(guān)的背景資料，通過學習該部分內(nèi)容，學生可以了解與本單元內(nèi)容相關(guān)的背景知識。第3部分（PassageReading）為短文閱讀。該部分設(shè)計了一篇短文閱讀，通過學習該部分內(nèi)容，學生可以重點掌握與民航工作相關(guān)的英語用語。第4部分（DialoguesinSituation）為情景會話。該部分設(shè)計了3篇左右的情景會話，通過學習該部分內(nèi)容，學生可以了解民航工作中比較真實的情景，掌握相關(guān)的日常民航英語口語表達方法。第5部分（LanguageandGrammarStudy）為語言和語法學習，通過學習該部分內(nèi)容，學生可以掌握本單元中出現(xiàn)的語言表達和語法。第6部分（CommunicationActivity）為交際活動。該部分設(shè)計了工作中的實際情況，學生可以將所學內(nèi)容融入工作情景中，從而流利、通暢地表達自己的想法和觀點。第7部分（ReadandDiscuss）為閱讀與討論。該部分擴展了民航客運服務(wù)方面的相關(guān)知識。通過學習該部分內(nèi)容，學生可以擴展知識面。

In the past 2 decades the industry has expanded and is still expanding its routes domestically and globally. In the beginning， airline industry was partly government owned.But in the recent years privatization with airline industry has taken place.DELAG（Deutsche Luftschiffahrts-Aktiengesellschaft）， the first worlds airline，which on the 16 November 1909 this airline was started mainly with the government assistance.（This airship manufacturers were the zeppelin corporation and their headquarter was in Frankfurt.） The two Americans named Rufus and Marriott tried to start the Americas first airline but were failed due to the airline catching fire.The five airlines which were first started still exist and these airlines are the oldest ones.KLM is owned by Netherland， and Avianca airlines is owned by the Columbia.Qantas is Australians， Czech Airlines operated by the Czech Republic， Mexican Airlines by the Mexico.After the world wars there was some inventions that have been made and the demand for new planes， the designs and the techniques have greatly constructed. And soon after the world wars， the air routes throughout the Europe have been set up since the past 15 years， The airline route has become a biggest necessity of both business and common people and it is hard to live without the air travel. The main pros for the air travel is it reduces time and making the people to visit world in the affordable time. The airline industry can be categorized into four different and main Operations: International: This service takes more than 130 passengers and can take them any- where in the world.In this category， the business has its revenue for at least＄1 bn. National: In this category， it can take the passengers up to 150 and the business has its revenue for from＄100 m to＄1bn. Regional: The small companies mainly focus on the flights with quick halts and the revenue of this business is less than＄100 m. Cargo: The main focus of these airlines is to carry goods. Benefits in Working with Airline Industry For the individuals who are interested in finding a job， which can provide a good career prospects and which will provide the option to travel the entire world and enjoy all the benefits as a part of the airline industry， then its hard to find the better industry than airlines and specially working for one of the world?s best flight.There is a number of benefit packages for the employees and career development programmers. In the further studies about the airline industry in the Unites States of America，nearly 100 airlines and 500，000 people are employed. Many of the positions provide excellent benefit packages. Emirates as world class airline travels to provide services in 56 countries and is expected to be added more in 2010， which creates more job opportunities than the USA and runs a great reward system. Cash Elements Rewards in Airline Industry Employees enjoy the competitive salary; depending on the country they like. E.g.The employees working in Dubai and K.S.A enjoy the tax free salary per month and others pay the normal tax depending on their countrys legislation.Salaries are paid depending on their role and knowledge and specialization that the candidate put into the role. 牟婷，重慶城市管理職業(yè)學院空中乘務(wù)教研室教師，講師，英語專業(yè)八級。參編了教材《民航服務(wù)英語口語》《實用禮儀》等教材。主持參與市級校級課題8項。公開發(fā)表論文10篇.已教授民航英語相關(guān)課程多年，對該課程知識結(jié)構(gòu)有較為深刻的認知和豐富的教學經(jīng)驗。
