張守國,正高級工程師,現任職于華信咨詢設計研究院有限公司,長期從事無線網絡優化工作,發表《大型場館容量設計思考》《干擾矩陣中的鄰區補償技術探討》等多篇論文,出版《LTE無線網絡優化實踐》《4G無線網絡原理及優化》兩本著作。 沈保華,高級工程師,省級運營商無線網優中心優化主管,運營商集團高級專家,長期從事無線網絡規劃優化工作,擁有豐富的移動通信領域從業經驗和2G/3G/4G/5G實戰經驗,曾獲全國移動通信5G技術職業技能競賽二等獎,發表論文多篇,出版著作一本。 李曙海,高級工程師,省級運營商無線網優中心副總經理,運營商集團B級人才,長期負責無線網絡規劃優化工作,擁有豐富的移動通信領域從業經驗和2G/3G/4G/5G實戰經驗,主持過2G/3G/4G/5G的多項規劃優化創新研究課題,發表論文十余篇,出版著作一本。 凌文杰,高級工程師,現任職于華信咨詢設計研究院有限公司,長期從事移動通信規劃設計、無線通信及頻譜技術研究,曾主持省部級重大科研項目兩項,發表論文十余篇。 雷志純,高級工程師,現任職于華信咨詢設計研究院有限公司,主要從事無線網絡優化和設計工作。
