減少和消除貧困，是人類發(fā)展的共同目標(biāo)，也是一個(gè)世界性難題。改革開放以來，中國的扶貧開發(fā)，跨越了40多年的歷程，其間克服了無數(shù)的困難，取得了舉世認(rèn)可的巨大成就，數(shù)億農(nóng)民擺脫了貧困，過上了小康生活。中國的扶貧開發(fā)，是中國道路、中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)和中國發(fā)展模式的重要組成部分，是人類社會(huì)扶貧的一個(gè)成功樣板。中國扶貧開發(fā)，現(xiàn)在仍處于攀登新高峰的關(guān)鍵階段，中國政府在“十三五”規(guī)劃中莊嚴(yán)承諾，將在2020年消除現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下的貧困人口，在2016—2020年5年中，年均減少貧困1千多萬人。本報(bào)告試圖系統(tǒng)回顧中國扶貧開發(fā)的歷程，總結(jié)過去數(shù)十年中國扶貧開發(fā)的做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，考察中國精準(zhǔn)扶貧的實(shí)踐模式，討論和分析中國減貧的成效及其對(duì)世界減貧事業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)。

中國的脫貧之道 作者簡介
WU Guobao，is a development economist with over 30 years of experience in research and advisory work. His areas of specialization are poverty reduction，microfinance and rural development. He is is a professor of Rural Development Institute and the director of Center for Poverty Studies，Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as well as adviser to both government in China and bilateral and multilateral development agencies.
