高然,男,現任職于阿里巴巴達摩院,美國加利福尼亞大學伯克利分校材料科學與工程系博士畢業,2015-2019年,師從美國功能氧化物薄膜專家Lane W.Martin 教授,專攻氧化物外延薄膜的生長、結構調控、以及薄膜性能研究,其研究論文發表于世界材料科學期刊如Nature Materials,Advanced Materials, Nature Communication,Chemistry of Materials 等,發表SCI一區論文20余篇。他多次參與美國材料科學協會與美國物理協會會議并發表演講。
