　　《世紀(jì)商務(wù)英語語音訓(xùn)練教程（第4版）》與其他語音教材的不同之處就是將音標(biāo)、音變、語調(diào)、節(jié)奏四大部分融入一次語音課中，改變了以往語音課教學(xué)單一枯燥的局面，使得課堂教學(xué)的內(nèi)容更加豐富，課堂氣氛更加輕松活躍，易于調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性。每單元由四個(gè)部分組成： Part I 英語音標(biāo)（Speech Sounds）此部分針對英語中的48個(gè)音標(biāo)逐一進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練，包括單詞、短語和句子，其中在單詞部分有相似音、易混音的對比，如：sit，seat；like，lack；loyal，royal等。 Part Ⅱ 清晰英語（Clear Speech）此部分針對音節(jié)或單詞重音的強(qiáng)弱、音的變化（包括音的同化、不完全爆破、連讀和元音的省略等）進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。 Part Ⅲ 英語語調(diào)（Intonation）該部分針對各種語調(diào)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練，以強(qiáng)化學(xué)生對各種句型語調(diào)的把握能力。 Part Ⅳ 英語節(jié)奏（Rhythm Practice）該部分分兩個(gè)部分進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練：（1）節(jié)律模式訓(xùn)練；（2）節(jié)奏和語速訓(xùn)練。另外，為了增加趣味性與實(shí)用性，在每個(gè)單元四個(gè)部分后面增設(shè)了欣賞內(nèi)容，包括朗誦、歌曲、演講及電影片段。
