金永明,法學博士,理論經濟學博士后。現為上海社會科學院法學研究所研究員,上海社會科學院中國海洋戰略研究中心主任、日本研究中心常務副主任。現任中國國際法學會、中國海洋法學會、中國海洋發展研究會理事;中國太平洋學會學術研究工作委員會委員、特約研究員,中國海洋發展研究中心研究員,中華能源基金委員會顧問,海南省南海法律研究中心研究員等職。在海洋法領域發表論文70余篇、文章80余篇,出版學術專著5部,主持承擔省部級以上與海洋問題有關課題多項。陳玲,法學博士。2003年畢業于南昌大學外國語學院英語系獲文學學士學位,2007年獲上海對外經貿大學國際法學碩士學位,2010年獲華東政法大學刑法學博士學位。現任上海社會科學院法學研究助理研究員,講授研究生《法律英語》課程。主持國家社科基金青年項目《信用評級機構法律制度的完善研究》,參與國家社科基金重大項目及其他省部級項目多項。在《法學》、《政治與法律》、《中國法學》(英文版)、China Forum等期刊發表論文和譯文60余篇,出版專著《背信犯罪比較研究》和《美國刑事訴訟法學》。2007年起從事中英文筆譯工作,迄今已翻譯文稿百萬余字。
