信息技術(shù)簡史 作者簡介
呂廷杰,教授,博導(dǎo)。1978年9月至1982年7月在北京郵電大學(xué)無線電工程系讀大學(xué)本科;1982年9月至1985年5月在北京郵電大學(xué)攻讀管理工程碩士研究生;1989年10月至1991年9月和1996年9月至1997年11月先后兩次留學(xué)日本京都大學(xué),并于1997年11月獲京都大學(xué)系統(tǒng)工程博士學(xué)位;1994 年5 月至10月在美國 AT&T 工商管理學(xué)校和貝爾實驗室做訪問學(xué)者;1993年5月至1996年 5月任北京郵電大學(xué)管理工程系副主任、副教授;1996年6月至1998年2月任北京郵電大學(xué)任管理與人文學(xué)院副院長、教授;1998年2月至 1999 年12月借調(diào)至原郵電部任第22屆萬國郵聯(lián)大會主席助理;2000年5月至 2003年5月任北京郵電大學(xué)研究生院常務(wù)副院長;2003年6月至2008年3月任經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院院長;2008年3月至2015年5月任北京郵電大學(xué)校長助理,其間2011年5月至2014年9月兼任經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院執(zhí)行院長。擔(dān)任的職務(wù)包括但不限于教育部電子商務(wù)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會副主任、工信部科技委委員、工信部電信經(jīng)濟(jì)專家委員會委員、中國信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會常務(wù)副理事長、中國技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究會通信專委會主任、中國通信學(xué)會管理專委會主任、國際電信協(xié)會(ITS)常務(wù)理事、清華大學(xué)國家管理學(xué)研究基地研究員、中國管理科學(xué)院院士。
