信息技術簡史 作者簡介
呂廷杰,教授,博導。1978年9月至1982年7月在北京郵電大學無線電工程系讀大學本科;1982年9月至1985年5月在北京郵電大學攻讀管理工程碩士研究生;1989年10月至1991年9月和1996年9月至1997年11月先后兩次留學日本京都大學,并于1997年11月獲京都大學系統工程博士學位;1994 年5 月至10月在美國 AT&T 工商管理學校和貝爾實驗室做訪問學者;1993年5月至1996年 5月任北京郵電大學管理工程系副主任、副教授;1996年6月至1998年2月任北京郵電大學任管理與人文學院副院長、教授;1998年2月至 1999 年12月借調至原郵電部任第22屆萬國郵聯大會主席助理;2000年5月至 2003年5月任北京郵電大學研究生院常務副院長;2003年6月至2008年3月任經濟管理學院院長;2008年3月至2015年5月任北京郵電大學校長助理,其間2011年5月至2014年9月兼任經濟管理學院執行院長。擔任的職務包括但不限于教育部電子商務教學指導委員會副主任、工信部科技委委員、工信部電信經濟專家委員會委員、中國信息經濟學會常務副理事長、中國技術經濟研究會通信專委會主任、中國通信學會管理專委會主任、國際電信協會(ITS)常務理事、清華大學國家管理學研究基地研究員、中國管理科學院院士。
